By creating an account, accessing, or using ProposAIQ, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use ProposAIQ. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access the full features of ProposAIQ, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You may register using your email address or through third-party authentication providers such as Google OAuth.

Each individual may maintain only one active account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate duplicate accounts.
ProposAIQ offers various subscription plans, which may include free tiers and paid tiers. Details of available plans, features, and pricing are displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase.
ProposAIQ operates on a credits-based system for AI-powered proposal generation. Credits are consumed each time you use AI features to generate, refine, or enhance proposals. Credit allocations vary by subscription plan. Unused credits may or may not roll over to the next billing period, depending on your plan terms. Additional credits may be purchased separately.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following a minimum of 30 days' written notice via email or in-app notification.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge again. If payment remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts, we may downgrade or suspend your account until the outstanding balance is resolved.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of your account, for violations of this policy.
You retain ownership of your proposals. Any proposals, text, data, or other content that you create using ProposAIQ remain your intellectual property. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., sending data to AI providers for generation, storing proposals in your account).
ProposAIQ, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, documentation, and all underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Highsense Infotech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our platform beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about ProposAIQ, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual license to use and incorporate such feedback into our Service without any obligation or compensation to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Highsense Infotech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of ProposAIQ; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you create, submit, or distribute using the Service.
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@highsense.in. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall survive.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ProposAIQ at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of ProposAIQ after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
