This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans and purchases made on ProposAIQ (proposaiq.com), a product of Highsense Infotech. We aim to ensure a fair and transparent process for cancellations and refunds.
By purchasing a subscription or credits on ProposAIQ, you agree to this policy. Please read it carefully before making any purchase.
You may cancel your ProposAIQ subscription at any time using any of the following methods:
If you are on an annual plan, you may cancel at any time, but access will continue until the end of the annual period. Partial-year refunds for annual plans are handled on a case-by-case basis (see Section 3 below).
Note: Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please submit a separate refund request as described in Section 4.
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

For monthly subscriptions and credit purchases, you are eligible for a refund if you request it within 7 days of the transaction date. The refund window starts from the date the charge was processed, not the date you began using the service.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction. We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method or account.
In cases where you have consumed a portion of your credits or used the service for part of the billing period, we may issue a partial (pro-rata) refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on unused credits or the remaining days in your billing period, minus any applicable processing fees.
We encourage you to contact us directly at info@highsense.in before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
We are committed to resolving payment concerns promptly and fairly. In most cases, contacting our support team directly leads to a faster resolution than a chargeback process.
If ProposAIQ offers a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected paid plan will activate and your payment method will be charged. You may cancel the trial at any time before it ends to avoid being charged. If you forget to cancel and are charged, you may request a refund within the 7-day refund window described above.
We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of ProposAIQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Refund requests will be evaluated under the policy that was in effect at the time of the transaction in question.
